All Filler Flats produced by UFR Urban Forest Recyclers Inc. are made from recycled material. UFR's production process transforms discarded newspapers, magazines and cardboard into new useful molded fibre packaging. UFR supports recycling centers throughout the region, and purchases recycled material collected from communities throughout Western Canada.

UFR Urban Forest Recyclers Inc. produces five types of Egg Filler Flats:

• REGULAR 5X6 Filler Flats are used to package small, medium, and large eggs. They may also be used for extra large eggs.
  • 11 3/4" x 11 3/4" x 1 7/8"
  • 14 flats per 30 dozen egg case
• UF30 5X6 Filler Flats are used to package medium, large, and extra large eggs. They may also be used for some jumbo eggs.
  • 11 3/4" x 11 3/4" x 1 7/8"
  • 14 flats per 30 dozen egg case
• SLEEVERS 5X6 Filler Flats are used to package medium, large, and extra large eggs.
  • 11 3/4" x 11 5/8" x 1 7/8"
  • 14 flats per 30 dozen egg case
• HP240 JUMBO 4X5 Filler Flats are used to package jumbo, turkey, and duck eggs.
  • 11 3/4" x 11 5/8" x 1 7/8"
  • 12 flats (240 eggs) per 30 dozen egg case
• HP200 JUMBO 4X5 Filler Flats are used for jumbo turkey and duck eggs.
  • 11 3/4" x 11 5/8" x 2"
  • 10 flats (200 eggs) per 30 dozen egg case

• ALTERNATIVE USES of filler flats include industrial storage, package cushioning, and raising crickets for bait.

UFR Filler Flats come in natural gray or blue. Filler Flats come packed in bundles of 140 count. Minimum orders are full truck loads. Filler Flats are shipped floor loaded or on slip sheets. UFR Filler Flats fit standard egg cases and are used throughout the United States and Canada.

UFR also manufacturers other molded pulp products.

• EGG CARTONS are available in the 12 cell size and are printed to customer specifications.
• FRUIT TRAYS are available in fifteen different sizes.  The fruit trays are purple in color, shipped as 3,600 trays per pallet and are designed to provide maximum protection for the fruit.
• UTILITY TRAYS are used as a tray to feed chicks, a biodegradeable greenhouse tray, a disposable littler box, and a multipurpose storage tray.
• BOTTLE PAK packaging is used to protect specialty bottles during shipping.
