FREDERICK W. HILL
Chairman and Director
The Hill Companies A
former US Air Force bomber pilot and a Harvard University
MBA graduate, Frederick Hill joined his father in the
family business in 1947. He has since led the company's
growth in real estate development, as well as its diversification
into other industries. Mr. Hill's personal commitment
to the success of the company is represented by the
Hill's philosophy of business: "...as businessmen,
if we can't do things that contribute to our world and
help people, we have fallen short of our mission."
He has been a Director of numerous companies
and foundations including the Canadian Imperial Bank
of Commerce and Ethics & Public Policy Center (Washington,
DC). In 1986, he received the Order of Canada, the Saskatchewan Order of Merit in 1999 and an Honourary Doctor of Laws Degree from the Univeristy of Regina in 2005. |

PAUL
J. HILL
President and CEO
The Hill Companies, Harvard Developments Inc.
After graduating from Georgetown
University (Washington, D.C.) and the Richard Ivey School
of Business MBA program and gaining significant experience
in the investment banking industry, Paul Hill represents
the third generation in the Hill family to join the
company. His leadership and strategic direction has
served as a catalyst to diversify The Hill Companies
and the employment base of the Province. He was the
driving force in structuring the 1991 transaction that
led to the relocation of Crown Life's head office from
Toronto to Regina and is currently Crown Life's Chairman.
Paul's extensive network within the North American business
community facilitates the Hill family's ability to aggressively
seek out unique business opportunities.
Paul is a Director
of such companies and organizations as Boardwalk Equities
Inc. (Chairman), Crown Life Insurance Company (Chairman),
Canadian Council of Chief Executives, Conference Board
of Canada, CD Howe Institute and the Fraser Institute.
He is a past director of Canada Trust, North Canadian
Oils Ltd., Shopping.com, US Forest Industries, the Canadian
Forces Liaison Committee and the Asia Pacific Foundation
to name a few. He is a member of the World Presidents
and Chief Executives Organizations. |

Mo
Bundon is results oriented and customer driven. Over
the past 20 years he has developed a team that is responsive
to the ever-changing dynamics of real estate. Together,
they have overseen the development and leasing of major
office towers, retail projects, industrial land, and
residential land in Saskatchewan and Alberta with a
combined value of over $750 million. In his career,
Mo has been involved in all aspects of real estate,
urban planning and commercial development as a property
manager, project manager, and general manager. While
Mo's passion continues to be real estate, as the Senior
Vice President and C.O.O. of The Hill Companies, his
leadership and strategic direction are instrumental
in continuing The Hill Companies tradition of prosperity.
Mo is an active community member
and serves on numerous boards. He holds the positions
of Vice Chairman of Athol Murray College of Notre Dame;
Chair of University of Regina Board of Governors; President of Regina Rowing Club; and Executive Vice
President of 2005 Jeux Canada Games. |

JEFF
CHILD, AIIC
Vice President and General Manager
Cooks ISI Insurance
Jeff was born and grew up in the city that he loves,
Regina. He followed in his father's footsteps and started
in the insurance business at Cook's Insurance in 1977.
Jeff continued his insurance studies and in 1983 was
awarded his AIIC designation.
In February, 1996 Jeff became President of Cook's McCallum
Hill Insurance, following the merger of Cook's Insurance
and McCallum Hill Insurance. In January of 2005, Cook's McCallum Hill Insurance merged with the publically traded Western Financial Group to form Harvard Western Ventures Inc. (Cooks ISI Insurance). Jeff leads our brokerage team with four offices located in Regina and area. Jeff is a past president
of the Insurance Brokers Association of Saskatchewan
and a member of its Board of Governors. He was served
as a director of many other insurance industry boards
and committees and remains very active in the industry.

KEVIN
STANGELAND
President and Chief Executive Officer
Urban Forest Recyclers Inc.
Mr. Stangeland, a Chartered Accountant, is responsible
for the overall management of the Company and was instrumental
in the initial purchase and financing of UFR. He has
extensive experience in the areas of finance, long-range
planning, project development, acquisitions and contract
negotiation. Mr. Stangeland has led UFRs successful
start up and is considered the visionary of the Company.

DAVID
DYKES
President and Chief Executive Officer
Western Surety Company
David Dykes is a University of Toronto graduate and
has worked in the Canadian Surety Industry for over
30 years, culminating with his appointment as President
of Western Surety Company in September, 1998.
Daves background, both in underwriting and as
a surety bond broker, coupled with his working experience
and contacts in Toronto, Vancouver, Edmonton and Regina,
allow him to manage Western Surety Companys dynamic
operations from coast-to-coast in Canada including the Northwest Territories. Davids
plans for Western Surety Company in the next few years
include continuing substantial growth through Western
Suretys network of professional and independent
surety brokers.
David
is the Chair for 2006 of the Surety Association of Canada
and is a frequent presenter at surety and construction
industry seminars and other functions. He has also been
involved with adult education as an Insurance Institute
instructor and with the British Columbia Safety Council.

CRAIG
L. KRUMWIEDE

Harvard Investments Inc. As
President of Harvard Investments Inc., Craig has over
fifteen years experience in developing land into master
planned communities in Arizona and Texas. During this time, Mr. Krumwiede has established long-term relationships
with developers, homebuilders, engineers, brokers, politicians,
and lawyers in both markets, contributing to his success in growing Harvard Investments Inc.
Craig is a member of the
Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Homebuilders,
and the Central Arizona Homebuilders Association. He
earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona
State University in 1977 and a Juris Doctor from Arizona
State University College of Law in 1980.

BRUCE
COWIE
Vice President
Harvard Broadcasting
Bruce Cowie has spent his entire career in broadcasting.
He began his life long passion with CKOM Radio in Saskatoon
in the 50's. After three years in the radio business,
he made the switch to television, joining CKCK-TV, where
he became a television icon to his Saskatchewan audience.
In 1972, Bruce became general manager of CKCK-TV. He
has held senior executive positions throughout his career
with Harvard Broadcasting Inc., Baton Broadcasting Incorporated,
Electrohome Limited, rising to the position to Executive
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CTV Inc.,
just to name a few.
Through the years, Bruce has been honored with broadcasting
awards and serves as the President of both Saskatchewan
and Western Association of Broadcasters. He is Joint Chair
of the Canadian Association of Broadcasters and President
of the North American Broadcast Association. In 1995,
Bruce received an Honorary Life Membership from the
Western Association of Broadcasters. In 2000, he was
awarded a membership in the Canadian Association of
Broadcasters Hall of Fame. From 1999 to 2001, he was
the President of the North American Broadcasters Association.
Bruce is a devoted Saskatchewan Roughrider fan and
has been involved with the CFL Football Club for many
years. He served as the President of the Saskatchewan
Roughriders between 1976 and 1978, in 1977 he was the
President of the Western Football Conference and in
2000, Bruce was elected to the Saskatchewan Roughrider
Plaza of Honour. |

MICHAEL
OLSTROM
Station Group Manager
Harvard Broadcasting Michael
has spent his entire career in the broadcasting industry.
He graduated from British Columbia Institute of Tecnology's
Broadcasting Program in 1980 and spent the past 23 years,
working at CKGF - Grand Forks, CJJC - Langley, CFOX,
CKXY and CKKS - Vancouver, in positions ranging from
On-Air to Music Director and Program Director. Prior
to moving to Regina, he was employed with Okanagan Radio
Limited in Penticton as Group Program Director.
In 1996, Michael accepted
the position as Program Director for CKCK and CFWF-FM
(104.9 The Wolf) in Regina with Craig Broadcast Systems.
In 1999, he assumed the additional title of Operations
Manager for Harvard Broadcasting on a co-operative management
agreement, adding CKRM and CHMX-FM to his programming
purview. In 2002, after the acquisition of CFWF-FM,
Michael was chosen as Station Group Manager for Harvard
Broadcasting's Regina radio stations - CKRM, CHMX-FM
and CFWF-FM.
Michael is an active member
of the broadcasting industry, and is continually developing
his community involvement.
He is a Director of the Saskatchewan Roughriders. |
